How is a transaction counted?+
A transaction is any line item on a bank or credit card statement — purchases, deposits, transfers, fees. Most small businesses fit comfortably in Starter or Growth.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. We review your volume each quarter and recommend the right plan. You can upgrade or downgrade with one email.
Is tax filing included?+
Tax preparation is a separate add-on so you only pay for what you need. Most clients add it for a fully done-for-you experience.
Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fee on monthly bookkeeping. If you need catch-up work first, that's billed at the catch-up rate per month.
Do you offer a discount for annual prepay?+
